School Partnerships

We love partnering with passionate learning communities to explore what may grow the capacity of the young people in their context. Whether it’s developing curricula or lesson content, a program for a camp, a series of workshops or a whole school approach to leadership, we love bringing our experience and knowledge together with the experts in the local context: You!

Schools partnerships

New River has partnered with a range of schools across Australia offering energy and expertise in the areas of leadership capacity building, resilience and strengths awareness. Each partnership is unique, reflecting the diversity of needs in individual schools and includes engagements with staff, students, executives and whole school communities. We integrate our programs with the needs, directions and context of your school and find a whole school approach to leadership capacity building increases the ownership of and engagement in the overall vision and purpose of the school. We aim to build capacity of those within the school to enable them to carry programs forward into the future.
