Lead With Your Strengths Diagnostic and Kit
NCLS Research has developed an online leadership strengths diagnostic based on the research reported in Lead with Your Strengths.
Completing the diagnostic will take about 15 minutes. It was designed to assist everyone to explore the leadership strengths they bring to work roles and to life generally. There are two versions, one for general use and one adapoted for use by younger adults. Click
